An item from my inventory bag has disappeared. How can I retrieve it?
If the missing item did not have a time stamp on it, this could mean you have to clear you browser cache and cookies To do that you can click tool>internet options> clear cache or temporary files on your internet browser. Please note, if your inventory is full, you will not be able to get new items. Keep a few spots free, so you won’t miss out on gifts and rewards!
Clearing your cache in an Explorer browser:
Click tools, internet options, then clean temporary files. Close your browser and go back in.
Clearing your cache in a Firefox browser:
Click tools, clear private data, select clear cache, and click ok. Close your browser and go back in.

What are the signs with names you have to select before entering the world?
The name signs at the entrance to ekoloko are the names of the servers. Each server has exactly the same screens and games, but with different users online. If you want to meet your friends in ekoloko, make sure that you log in through the same server.
